Terms of return:

-Please provide an image of the hat before returning the item so we can see the condition of the hat you've received

-All returns must be done within 30 days of receiving your hat

-We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.


What if my hat is damaged or defective? 

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or arrives defective you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund. To resolve as quickly as possible, please provide a photo for review to our team at adventurebys.
