Refund policy
Refunds (if applicable) Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our view on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong. Send along a pic, and we will give you your money back in full if it meets our guidelines. Then if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Refunds are issued in the following cases without a need to return the item:
1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The item is used, defective, or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
4. The shipment went missing.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
